Complaint procedure
If you’re unhappy with any aspect of our work, please email your complaint to Info@PeterTatchellfoundation.org marking it “Complaint”.
We aim to respond within 20 working days.
If you remain unhappy with our response, you can contact the Fundraising Regulator (for fundraising complaints) or the Charity Commission (for concerns about governance or conduct).
